This is done by simply steps :
1. Get a good USB ( USB 3.0 are better than 2.0 because they offer much transfer rate.
2.Format your USB in NTFS because it will allow files bigger than 4GB
3.Export your movie in MPG2 or H264. MPEG 2 is better in this case because the TV can decompress easily the video.
4.Export the video to computer first because an USB unplug can be a big problem
5.Copy the movie to USB
